Most importantly; We guarantee that any products purchased from our website have not been used or returned by customers because we do not have a storefront and do not sell or take returns of product at our facility.

 

All that said, we understand the concern. Furthermore, we know some customers might be confused opening the same item with or without a seal. The COVID-19 Pandemic created a high demand for packaging, leading to massive shortages that makes it difficult to source our new "self seal lids". When we are not able to, we have to use our older method.
