All online orders are processed through Shopify. 

SHIPPING

Shipping to someone else?

If you would like your order shipped directly to the giftee, just make sure to use their shipping address during checkout. Select the check box "This is a Gift" during check out. A receipt will not be sent to giftee. 

Sales Tax

Biggs & Featherbelle only collects sales tax from customers residing in Maryland. In other states, each customer is responsible for their own taxes.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart based on order total and shipping address. You will be able to choose USPS and UPS options for shipping.

Shipping Times

Once your order is received, we ship it within 3 business days.Your order will be shipping from Jessup, MD. You will receive notification once your order ships.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products unless they are damaged products directly received from Biggs & Featherbelle.
