Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items purchased directly from our online store.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send next steps once your request is reviewed.
Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out right away so we can make it right.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue (if applicable).
- We’ll assess the situation and send a replacement when eligible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased directly through biggsandfeather.com. If you purchased through a retail store or another website, please contact that location directly for assistance.
