Biggs & Featherbelle is a family-owned body care company based in Maryland, founded in 2003.

What began as a creative soap-making project quickly grew into a small business built around thoughtful ingredients, simple recipes, and products that are enjoyable to use every day.

About the name

Who is "Biggs" or "Featherbelle", anyway? Biggs and Featherbelle are the names of fictional characters created for our brand.

We wanted a name that felt friendly, fun, and approachable—something that matched our colorful packaging, playful typography, and overall personality. Earlier in our company’s history, these characters appeared more prominently in our branding, signage, and packaging.

The Biggs character was inspired by Kelly and Kasey’s beloved family orange tabby cat, Diesel. Featherbelle is a creative blend of Kelly and Kasey themselves.

Together, Biggs & Featherbelle represent the wide range of people we make products for—from rugged and practical to soft and sweet, and everything in between.
