We make our bar soap by hand using traditional soap-making methods and 100% natural ingredients.
Every recipe starts with carefully chosen plant-based oils and butters, selected for how they cleanse, condition, and feel on skin. We believe ingredients should serve a purpose, so nothing goes into our soap without a reason.
Made the traditional way
Soap is created when oils and water are combined with lye in a carefully controlled process called saponification. During this process, the lye is fully transformed and does not remain in the finished bar.
This time-tested method allows us to create a true bar soap that cleans effectively while still feeling gentle and balanced.
Small batches, made by hand
We make our soap in small batches so we can stay hands-on throughout the process. Each batch is mixed, poured, cut, and cured with close attention to detail.
Working this way lets us respond to the natural variations that come with real ingredients and ensures every bar meets our standards.
Thoughtful sourcing and natural color
We use natural ingredients to create both scent and color. Essential oils provide fragrance, while clays, botanicals, and naturally occurring ingredients contribute to the look and character of each bar.
Because we don’t rely on synthetic colorants or fragrances, subtle differences in color or appearance can happen from batch to batch. That variation is a normal part of working with natural materials.
Why curing matters
After the soap is poured and cut, it’s left to cure. Curing allows excess water to evaporate, resulting in a harder, longer-lasting bar with a smoother feel.
It takes patience, but it’s an important part of making a quality bar of soap.
Made with care
At the end of the day, soap-making is both a craft and a routine. We show up, work with our hands, and pay attention to the details—because that’s how we’ve always done it.
