We know you’re excited to get your order, and we’re just as eager to get it to you.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. That link will always have the most accurate updates from the carrier. Sometimes tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive the email.
If your order is still “in transit”
Delays can happen for reasons outside our control, like weather, holiday volume, or carrier slowdowns. Most delayed orders arrive within a few extra days. You can check your tracking link again later or visit the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
If package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it
Occasionally packages are marked delivered a day early or left somewhere unexpected. Try these quick steps first:
- Double-check your porch, mailbox, and side doors
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early
If it still hasn’t shown up after two days, please contact us and we’ll help track it down or start a claim.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. During sales or holidays, it can take a bit longer. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our Maryland warehouse.

- Did you check your spam or junk folder for tracking emails?
- Did you confirm your shipping address at checkout?
