Changing or Canceling an Order
Orders move quickly through our system. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and request details.
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it. You can still return eligible items through our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Payment Issues or Duplicate Charges
If you notice a double charge or an unexpected payment error at checkout, don’t worry—sometimes pending transactions appear twice but only one will process. Your bank typically releases the duplicate within a few days.
If a duplicate charge remains on your account after 3–5 business days, please reach out with:
- Your order number
- The last four digits of the card used
- A brief note describing what you see on your statement
Payment Methods Accepted
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Digital wallets and Buy Now, Pay Later options may be available during seasonal promotions.
