Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. During sales or holidays, it may take a bit longer. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your package ships.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Carriers: Most orders ship via USPS. Larger packages may use another carrier.
- Transit Time: Typically 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on distance and carrier conditions.
- Tracking: Your tracking link has the most up-to-date status direct from the carrier.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please enter your P.O. Box exactly as provided by the Post Office.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

- Prices reflect package weight, dimensions, and distance.
Free Shipping
When available, free shipping offers apply at checkout once your cart meets the stated threshold. If a promotion is active, you’ll see the details at the top of our website or in your cart.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to modify the address.
Late, Missing, or “Delivered” But Not Received
If your order is delayed or marked delivered but can’t be found, start here:
- Check your porch, mailbox, side doors, and with neighbors.
- Wait 24–48 hours; carriers sometimes scan early.
