We formulate our recipes using plant-based oils, butters, and essential oils. We do not use synthetic fragrance blends, which are a common source of phthalates in personal care products.

What are phthalates?

Phthalates are often used to help synthetic fragrances last longer. Because we rely on essential oils instead of artificial fragrances, phthalates are not part of our recipes.

What are parabens?

Parabens are preservatives commonly used in liquid products to extend shelf life. Our bar soaps and solid products do not require parabens to remain stable when stored and used properly.
