Biggs & Featherbelle products are made without added gluten-containing ingredients.

Our bar soaps and body care products are formulated using plant-based oils, butters, clays, and essential oils. We do not intentionally add wheat, barley, rye, or other gluten-derived ingredients to our recipes.

What this means for topical use

For most people with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease, products used on the skin that do not contain gluten ingredients are generally considered safe for external use.

Important note

Our products are handmade in small batches in a facility that handles a variety of natural ingredients. While we take care with our formulations, we cannot guarantee that products are free from trace cross-contact.

If you have a severe gluten allergy or sensitivity, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page and consulting with a healthcare professional if you have concerns.

Fun Fact: Kelly, one of the owners has a wheat allergy and has never had a reaction to our products. We have also never had a customer with Celiac Disease reach out to us letting us know they have had a reaction to our products. In the event that changes, we'll revise this statement.
